Recipe contributor

One of Bita’s recipes was selected for the Bake for Syria cookbook, alongside contributions from renowned chefs. The project raised funds and awareness for UNICEF to support children affected by the Syrian crisis. Explore more

I authored the first GCSE Persian Language textbook endorsed by OCR. Based on my 20 years of teaching experience in Iran and the UK, the book has helped make Persian language learning more accessible for students, schools, and communities.
