This is an open invitation to Soho House members to join one of my Supper Clubs at Babington House, a Georgian manor in the heart of Somerset. You will sit around the table to enjoy a six-course authentic Persian feast in this beautiful and unique countryside space.

You’ll experience an authentic Persian feast created with intention and care, served with warmth, and shaped by flavours you may not have tried before. Throughout the night, you’ll hear the stories behind the dishes - how each was made, the memories held in the ingredients, and the quiet rituals that inspire them. Soft Persian music plays in the background, and you’ll feel the warmth of Persian hospitality holding the evening together.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a homemade cocktail, and the venue offers a lovely selection of drinks for you to enjoy should you wish.

• Welcome cocktail made with homemade spiced quince syrup, musk willow, chia seeds and vodka

• Popular Persian frittata canapé with fresh herbs, barberries, wild-garlic sauce and a pinch of volcanic black salt

• Roasted aubergine with aromatic herbs and natural whey sauce with lavash bread

• Long-grain Persian saffron rice with sautéed barberries

• Sweet and sour stew of quince, plum and free-range chicken, simmered slowly to perfection

• Autumnal spiced Persian quince dessert with strained yoghurt and chocolate

• Cardamom tea served with handmade date and cocoa petit fours
